Same. Lack of winch access is reason for prospective buyers to look at other options if they plan to install a winch. The sagging gaps have not made the list of top 99 problems in my life yet. So, will probably just live with the bumper sag look for now. Honestly, not super noticeable.

I futzed with the bumper for some time trying to close the gap and can usually figure a way to Jerry rig such things but finally threw in the towel and decided to just upgrade to the Dissent bumper down the road. Buy once, cry once. Now twice.

Super quiet especially compared to the stock rack. Almost not even noticeable at highway speeds. Highly recommend. Now, I do not have a light bar which may have impact on noise level if you add one.
