Same. Lack of winch access is reason for prospective buyers to look at other options if they plan to install a winch.
The sagging gaps have not made the list of top 99 problems in my life yet. So, will probably just live with the bumper sag look for now. Honestly, not super noticeable.
I’ll reach out and see if there is anything they can do or recommend. Not terribly concerned about. I plan to bash the bumper on the trail and would not be surprised if a hit will bend it up. The bigger design issue is the inability to access the winch clutch. Not a big deal for a winch less...
I futzed with the bumper for some time trying to close the gap and can usually figure a way to Jerry rig such things but finally threw in the towel and decided to just upgrade to the Dissent bumper down the road. Buy once, cry once. Now twice.
