you could easily trace the bolt holes still... make an ABS half C shape following those screws, and tack on some rubber flats... i may just do this actually as my wheels kick up water on the doors like no other. these aftermarket flaps suck but i could make a really nice set for us with...
I put the front mudguards on ... I wish they would just poke out a little bit more ... but i love the fitment and material... crazy how the rears cost so much
I have the KO3 in 275/70r18 .... Mileage takes a hit and the ride is less comfortable... Im at 34lbs cold tire pressure. all aspects of the trucks handling takes a hit but i would do it again and again
From an enthusiast standpoint, if you can make it not drone at highway speed, better clearance in the rear for the spare tire (offering a rear muffler delete) and be stainless steel all the way thru while not being super restrictive… that would be perfect
I’d be most concerned if it’s going to be a whole new motor, or just the bottom end … not to mention trusting the techs to take apart the front end and get it back together without scratches and dings and broken clips and strange rattles and everything else included
The brake squeak to me reminds me of high performance brake pads …. Makes me feel like the early pads are really good but just noisy when cold …. Like a typical high performance pad
