It gets better. I have 22,000 miles on mine in 8 months. I'm averaging 20mpg. I did not believe the computer so I calculated it manually and came up with the same result.

Thank you Rick. I was in for my 10,000 mile service and told them about the problem. It was somehow lost in the translation and the tech responded that the volume works fine. I did not have time to wait any longer to show them the problem. I will use the link you sent to open a case too.

The key seems to be, a cargo mat that fits entire cargo area when the third row is collapsed. The ones listed in other places of this thread are for models without the 3rd row. Overtrail models? I would really like to find a cargo mat for the Premium+ model with the third row collapsed...
