    You should be using the rear view mirror digital swicth option and this will solve your issue.

    FYI.... You can turn off the "eco" green car indicator by going to the Vehicle customize section in the MID and then go under METER setting ... there is an ECO INDICATOR setting to turn it off. IMO it was annoying and useless information.
