I have a 2025 OT with 275/70/R18 BFG KO3's and the spare fits fine. I believe the 285/70/R18 will also fit in the spare space.

I just checked my mileage after changing tires to the KO3 275/70/18 E tires. I was averaging 18.5 mpg for mixed driving. After accounting for the larger diameter tire, I lost about 3/4 mpg. Considering the increased stability with the new tires and better off-road performance, I feel pretty good...

Something to keep in mind. If you move up to a taller tire, your MPG is actually a bit higher unless the odometer has been updated for the taller tire. I just installed 275/70r18 e rated KO3's on the OEM rims and they made a significant improvement on ride. Spare fit with no problem.

I decided on the BFG KO3's 275/70/18 E. Drove 35 miles - improved ride. More stable, less roll, more solid feel. I'll see how they affect mileage.

If Lexus brings on a 4 cylinder hybrid, I hope they still have the V6TT available. I would not feel comfortable with a hybrid for off-road use.
