Thinking of trading.. I can’t take this crack much longer. Not getting another car that has windshield back orders… starting month 5 with a huge crack… I feel like my new car experience has been through driving a vehicle from the hood.
These have issues with windshields and rocks easily crack them … I have been driving my new gx550 90+ days. Over 500 windshields on backorder.
My next 3 complaints:
1. It sucks down gas vs my rx
2. The steps are loud and come out slowly. They hit my legs when I’m not paying attention at...
Same issue there are over 500 on backorder now. I’ve been driving with a broken windshield for 90 days. I think I’m going to trade my vehicle for an American car where I can get parts and customer service answers. It’s a sad day when a customer has to trade a Lexus for a Ford bc they can’t get...
Have you had any follow up… I’m still waiting on a new oem windshield … over 90 days now. I keep being told it’s on backorder. They have no clue when it will be in but did mention over 500+ customers waiting on this part on back order.
This is not how I expected to be driving my brand new Lexus.
I have now been waiting for a windshield and driving my brand new gx2024 with a huge crack for 90 days. The dealership has no answers, just keeps saying it’s on backorder and over 500 windshields are on back order. Where do these oem windshields come from?
