Totally agree and did so today. 1-800-255-3987. It's the only way the seat/climate control issues have any chance of being resolved.

Ps. My airflow and climate control is wonky as well. No solution there either though I will take a dive in the manual (p 412) as suggested above.

I have the same heat vent issue in my GX550. Remedy: Turn the temperature down before you shut the unit off. The unit, while 'turned off' will vent at a lower temperature. I asked local dealer if service bulletins exist for climate control issues or heated seat issues. No joy there...
