No ramps or jack needed. There are a couple bolts on the undertray/skid plate that only need to be loosened a few turns and they have a larger "passthrough hole" so the plate can be dropped. This helps to "hang" the skid plate on reinstallation and not have to support it's weight. Cool...
Your dealer should have the info on the brake replacement TSB or recall. Not sure which it is but either way Lexus is slowly getting updated pad/rotor sets out to dealers for replacement under warranty. Taking mine in soon for the same issue.
