The B58 is a solid engine, but it's detuned in the Grenadier. One of my gripes was the lack of power. I had to add a piggyback tune to make it feel tolerable. The mpg and range were also worse than the GX.
I checked out the new 4Runners as well. Agree with others that the cabin felt small with a lot of plastic in the interior. I also prefer the motor in the GX.
It's been really nice to have the creature comforts again. Makes the daily use much more enjoyable. I know every car/manufacturer comes with their own set of issues. Really enjoying the GX so far!
I was fortunate that the INEOS dealer was only 15 minutes away. I can't imagine someone owning one who does not have a dealer close by. I do have real concerns about the company as a whole. Hopefully, they can get it sorted out...
I'm happy to hear you haven't run into any other issues. Mine was also a Jan 24' build. Unfortunately, I had every issue discussed in the Grenadier forums. Definitely sounds like you have a very suitable trail rig on your hands. Fingers crossed!
