Here is an example of what I’m talking about. This is on another forum, but they says 20x9.5 +20 offset, and that stance is perfect to me, but I thought positive odder would sit closer to the body. Clearly I’m an idiot missing something here

I want to maintain the stock tires and just get a better set of 18” wheels. I think the thickness of the wheel is what is confusing me then. I want a set of 18s that sit very slightly outside the body like maybe an inch. Something like this pic. In the picture those are 22s, but I’m just talking...

That is what I said though, the shop told me + would make the wheel closer to the body and - would make it sit out. So the shop was correct. Which still confuses the hell out of me lol, because someone on this forum posted a photo of the gx on wheels with a +20 offset and they are sticking out...

Recently got me a new 25 550, and have been searching for aftermarket wheels, and have become a bit confused. I see a lot of people posting wheels that have an aggressive stance with the wheels sitting slightly outside the wheel well and plain the offset is +18 or +20…..but that should make the...
