I do love my GX and have a ticket with Lexus but I didn't initiate it until a couple weeks ago so I have to wait another 60 days pertaining to Lemon law. I am curious about the buy back. What would we be getting back, just what is owed or will we recover out 25K down payment as well? Do they...

yes they are claiming my engine will be replaced, heaven knows when , but my engine crapped out

yes mine stalled on the highway @ high speed. I am still waiting on my vehicle to have the engine replaced. It's been 8 weeks now

They are telling me the hold up is they are waiting on a new engine from Lexus.

If I can't get information on when my car will be ready after them having it almost 8 weeks who do I turn to within Lexus to escalate my problem. I feel like this is a dealership issue.

Does anyone know the specifics on lemon laws in Texas? I am wondering how long the dealership can keep my car before I can file, considering it failed on me while I was driving it, I may already qualify lol :unsure:

They look pretty nice. I am just leery of not knowing the quality of these vehicles. Up to this point I have never had an issue with any of my Lexus vehicles.
