Interesting, I have never seen a GX550 without the driver monitor or HUD. Could you please post a picture of the steering column without the driver monitor and the top of the dash above instrument panel. I'm very interested to see how they look. Thanks

I'm only 5'10" and I can see my hood while driving. I have not noticed any hood flutter but I only have 36 miles on my GX OT+

I think it looks OK but would like to see a smaller Script Font, maybe cast in metal or plastic then applied. Maybe even add a + ??

I recently saw pictures of a GX550 with no rear hitch receiver and a solid rear bumper. I think it was a China model.

I think the factory cover looks so much better than this thing. How things look is subjective, this is only my opinion. With all the negative comments on the factory cover I often look at my rear bumper and don't think it looks as bad as many think.

The best way to get around that is to use an isolation relay connected directly to the battery.
