I only use Dihydrogen Monoxide on a damp cloth to clean most everything in my vehicles and around my house.
I stopped using Armor-All years ago. Most chemical cleaners do more damage than good. Not good for most surfaces.
Yes, the top cover of the front camera is a pitta, especially for the mechanically declined, however i found the rest of the install fairly easy and I love the result. Maybe not I-MAX video quality but good enough for me.

I have been using AGM batteries in all my vehicles for 28 years. Once my GX needs a new battery it will definitely be an AGM battery.
I found it interesting that the manual calls for a European spec battery.
My North American door tag looks very different than the one you show in your post.
My door tag clearly shows the build date in the upper right corner.
Also my VIN # looks different than yours.
richord, you are correct regarding the need for a strong RF signal but a low power RF signal of the correct wavelength carrying a digital signal could confuse the start mechanism of a vehicle.
I had a very low power X-10 IR to RF converter / repeater installed in my house that prevented a Jeep...
Sounds like RF Interference coming from the school. Possibly surveillance cameras, other surveillance or fire detection devices.

After many applications of the very popular Armor All in the 1980's ruined my dashboard I now only use a paper towel or cloth dampened in water to clean the interior.
