@Luca did you happen to watch the Nurburgring 24h? I'm a Max fan, so of course I tuned in. A 15-mile track with 100+ cars in wildly different classes was insane. I watched on and off until about 6 hours remaining, but had to sleep at some point. P1/P2 seemed like a done deal, but with endurance...

I had a guy fix it for me. Cost about $60. Yours might be too bad for a fix, though. That said, if you're going to get it fixed vs. replaced you need to do it as soon as possible. Moisture getting in there can make the repair fail. Put a piece of packing tape over it until then.

You can have epoxy injected which will help reduce the chance of spreading and make it less visible. I've had that done twice so far.

I have two spots already at around 16000 miles. One dime sized spiderweb and one BB sized chip. Not sure if I can put a film over the current damage, but I wish I had done it when I got it. I've been driving for 30ish years and never had a rock chip or break a windshield before.

Are you sure it's the light? Some (myself included) have a rattle from behind the C-pillar/rear roof area.

Nice! I've had mine out to the beach here on the west coast a few times. It performed really well. I couldn't take it out into the soft sand too far as I didn't have a flag, but in the smaller dunes it was great. No airing down either, just sand mode and center diff lock.

I just tried mine out and now I get what you're saying - when you turn it off it comes back on the next time you open the hatch. At least it remembers the brightness setting.

Do those have zerks, or do you just, ahem, use your fingers? I think I saw some recommendations on the transmission clunk thread.

I had the same issue as YellowLab - it seems like some of us have ACC Customize on by default, and others off. It's such an ambiguous name for a feature, but I'm sure it's in the manual.

I haven't tried to turn mine off yet - is it not responsive enough? And to anyone interested in these, it's very bright. In fact, I found it too bright on the highest setting so I dimmed mine a bit. You just touch the light (and hold) and it starts dimming. Great feature.
