not using the Stock OT side rails. You'd have to also change your side rails to the low profile ones shown in the OP's picture.

these likely won't work on the LC250 since they are the low profile style and the LC has the raised rails like the OT. If the low profile side rails in the photo are for sale as well, then you might get some bites over there for those with the 1958 model

no difference in the roof rails for any year GX overtrail. it will likely even work for the new 4 runner as well

It will only fit the Overtrail raised rails and the Landcruiser. It will not work on the low profile racks on the premium or luxury version

For a reference point, I have just the AFE intakes with a VF Tune and have had zero issues. I think the problems came when also installing the AFE inlet tubes.

That rim will definitely poke out and unless you go with a smaller tire than stock, it will need trimming. I think anything under +20 will poke from the wheel well Depending on the tire size you go with...stick with something with a higher offset for less issues
