Easier said than done. Both the Lexus and Toyota ones have been out of stock for quite some time. Quickest way is to order from Japan, but it comes at a cost.
None......All current options are all from overseas (Australia Lexus or Ladder Frame in Japan). Husky teased an option a while back but it never came to light and AVS doesn't carry them
No need to take apart the shocks, but you need to drop the shock assembly (or spring in the rear) down to fit the spacer between the shock and the mount. You'll have no issues getting it aligned within specs with just the spacers.
BUT, if you just want to fit 285/70 on the stock 18's...no need...
