Just got mine replaced last week by my dealer on my 2024 Luxury (parts were on backorder for a few months). This is L-SB-0036-24 to fix the break squeal issue. Parts # 43512-60290.

They are for the lights that are on the running boards. When you get close to your car at night, they light up. I have a Luxury: on mine two are on the running boards for the back doorsteps and the other ones are under the exterior mirrors for the front doorsteps.

Maybe you should contact your dealer, they should know.

Sorry for your problem. The same happened to me with my 460. I would contact Bell Lexus in Scottsdale as they are very nice and ship parts. Not sure this is what you need but you can check this part on their website.
