‘25 OT OEM raised cross bars will work for Thule Motion 3 XXL. Plenty of room to slide the box front and back. Also clears the antenna and trunk

Turns out my friend with OT+ just pulled a trigger on the motion 3 XL. it fits with room to spare so we've measured that XXL would fit as well. I saw another post from facebook that Skybox 18 fits on OT and skybox 18 length is similar to XXL.

Does anyone have installed Thule Motion 3 onto OEM cross bars on OT?

Looking at purchasing a Thule Motion 3 Rooftop Box, mainly to hold skis and ski gear. I definitely want the Low model but can't decide between the XL or XXL. Would love to see either on the 550 to see how they look prior to buying. Hi, were you able to decide? I want the XXL, but i'm afraid...

So does this mean less positive offset would make less rubbing? I assumed the other way.

I think i got lucky with the original customer cancelling. Sorry i should have mentioned it was back in August so no some sort of holiday sales either.

reading through your build, you have westcott kit, but would the tires fit in '25 without the kit?

i guess every dealers are different... coming from M3 which squeaked everytime i touch the brakes got me used to this brake squeaky sound that I thought it was normal, but reading through the forums, it is not so i'll contact my dealer and hopefully they will fix it.
