Just went through this entire exercise for my OT. I ended up getting 285/75/r17 tires (17" wheels, +35mm offset) and there is zero rub at all (no after market lift kit). If you keep the stock wheels (18", 50mm offset), 285/70/r18's are .1 inch smaller than mine, so you wouldn't have any rub...
