    2025 OT tire replacement options

How about the Terra Grapplers? I was pretty happy with them. Great compromise tread for decent off road performance but not too noisy or draggy on the pavement, particularly if you're towing you'll want to care about fuel economy. Also solid in snow.

    Anyone worried about their V6TT?

Like it a lot. I put a Cobb stage 1 tune on it so it's quite quick - mid 3's. Doesn't feel nearly as heavy as it actually is - corners really well and very predictable handling/braking. Mine is lowered 10mm and has PTV and other magic that helps hide the heft. And even better, not a single...

Ha. That's awesome! Totally with you on the 911. I keep inching closer - Cayenne Turbo, now a Macan GTS, and it's the natural next step! Cheers.

And LMK when you want to race. :devilish:

    Anyone worried about their V6TT?

We've owned LS's, RX's, GS's, and IS's over the years. Problem free. I expected better.

While I only have 8000 miles thus far, here's mine: 2025 Land Rover Defender V8 One trip to shop for an overnight to have an airbag sensor wire replaced - fixed in under 12 hours $0 spent beyond purchase price 2025 Lexus GX 550 Trip to dealer to investigate transmission clunk - no fix Trip to...

I hope you don't use Google for healthcare decisions... Land Rover makes lots of different models, and the new Defender is pretty dialed in, particularly the mature and well proven supercharged V8.

    Anyone worried about their V6TT?

Here we go again...I thought I could lie dormant for a while but no.... My 2025 Defender 110 V8 has been ROCK SOLID. Way fewer issues in 7500 miles than my GX 550 had in 1500. One warning light fixed same day (airbag sensor wiring). Older LR's were nightmares - more recent builds of the...

    Mark Levinson Amp Updated

It's a bug/design flaw in the Toyota/Lexus implementation. As mentioned above, it works correctly with the built-in voice agent, but doesn't work correctly with CarPlay. Issue is easily fixable if enough people complain.

And it's not an iOS/CarPlay issue - it's with the implementation of the bridge between the systems on the Toyota/Lexus side. The dealer and regional folks "acknowledged" the issue, but never agreed to a "fix".

    This is unfortunate.

Very much so...except when I fill up the tank. Oof.

    This is unfortunate.

As one who has gone from a GX to Defender, it's worth a look, particularly the V8 Defenders. That said, the V8's are pricy compared to the GX 550, so not a 1:1 comparison.

Quite a few Toyota models experience the same thing. Ironically, the built-in voice agent correctly lowers volume as needed...go figure.

Did they also fix the issue where the volume doesn't adequate reduce when Siri is active?

    Heat/vent issues

Definitely use the remote start option to help pre-heat in cold weather.
