That split tailgate on R1S is awesome! I wish Lexus had designed the GX with a split tailgate instead of that glass hatch - split tailgate is much more usable!

The best things on LC 250 are; 1. The air-con rear vents 2. Digital rear view mirror 3. The Land Cruiser Badge Not much else that the GX doesnt get or exceeds.

Great information but why is the speaker replacement an issue?

If they announce rear seat AC vents and digital RVM - I'll likely wait for the 2026 models. But I doubt owing to tariffs they will add more features without increasing the prices..

I am getting mine at the end of November/ early December - hopefully there aren't many changes that I will regret not waiting for :)

Despite wheelbase and underlying platform being same, I've heard LX feels and rides much bigger (less nimble) on the road and the trails. Whats your perspective on that @yesitsqk ?
