Victory 4x4 did the same for my bumper with a hidden winch: sent me a bumper with scrathes in the paint, and then ghosted me. Had to have the bumper re-powder-coated locally.

It was great until my wife and I wrecked our cars by hitting each other in our driveway. (Steep with 1 foot of wet spring snow.) Hopefully the replacement will be similarly good.

Additional update: I was wrong about the Trigger 4. It responds instantly on the road. (I had tested it in my garage without the engine running.) This thing is awesome.
Update: I attached the relay wire from my Trigger 4 Plus hub to the 10A fuse labeled "STB-IGR" (upper right in the attached diagram) in the starboard fuse box just in front of the battery. I found it with a hand-held sensor and confirmed that it is only on when the ignition is on. My only issue...
I found one on eBay for $150. Still pricey, but as a % of the car price... I immediately cut a hole in it for a hitch-mounted brake light. The only issue: it's hard to put the light into the hitch and secure the pin with all of the plastic moulding in the way. Took from maneuvering.
I installed it. It was VERY easy. The only downside (so far) is the slight delay between hitting the button on the remote control and getting a response. About 1-2 seconds. Which doesn't sound like a big deal until you're blinding a person driving at you with your roof light bar.
