Right, but it has been saying that since 12/4 and none of the other milestones have been filled in since "vessel arrive." No indication that it has even been processed.

I'm not new to Lexus, but I have a deposit down on a 2026 Overtrail that I was told would be here between 12/16 & 1/5. However, it has not arrived, I have an issue where it is critical that I receive it soon. The dealership's last update was on 12/4 saying that the vessel it was on has arrived...
