We are working on a new updated tune for everybody. We have the "TSB" reflash along with the newer version (there is a version newer than that shipping on some vehicles).
It looks like Lexus has introduced new load limiters onto these new calibration versions that limit...
Do you have any modifications?
We have seen several folks with AFE intakes having problems / limp modes / DTC / etc
or any other mods? This DTC is from the Accelerator. Do you have a "throttle controller" or pedal commander or any of that junk
Until someone with the update done on their vehicle reads the ECU and sends us the readout we are just waiting for it.
If there is anyone who already had it done and "waiting to tune" ...we are waiting on you!
Nobody has quite yet but more folks have ordered kits so we expect to get the file readout very soon.
If I had to guess they modified shift points and a few little torque tables to match.
Also we have something super cool coming soon.
You guys will be able to tune, datalog, view live data...
If anyone has had the dealer update for transmission issues PLEASE let us know and READ your new ecu and submit if to our email.
We will send out updated calibrations for everyone which includes the new fixes.

It is much easier to say these things than actually implement these things. We are not amazon and do not have billion dollar budgets to implement things so easily like you say. Many improvements are in the works they are just not released as of yet.
Full automation of this process is simply not possible.
There has never been an instance where someone waits 3-5 business days for a registration to be completed.
GX550 vehicles have MULTIPLE different calibration IDs which is impossible to know ahead of time until you connect to the car and...
This is just a standard / automated reply.
Registrations happen same day 99% of the time. The only time it is delayed is if we can't verify order to email / etc.

yes sorry we were delayed waiting on cases until 9/22, they case in and we are trying to get all pending orders out. We have 100+ order back log we are continually getting shipped out day by.
We expect all pending orders out by this friday.
