2025 Lexus 550 GX luxury seat memory position

Just received Friday and not able to get seats to retain memory position. Any suggestions.

There is a specific procedure for saving and recalling memory seat / mirror / steering wheel settings. For example, you cannot save settings unless the vehicle is stopped or in Park. The procedure is to press "set" button first, then save to the desired location 1, 2, or 3. You should hear a confirmation beep to confirm that the setting has been saved. To recall a setting, just press the saved location. Again. the car must be stationary and / or in Park. This is designed to prevent unexpected seat movements and controls while driving. Thanks for response. Did have car in park with and without motor running in park. Does retain mirrors but will not position seats for spouse or myself. May be factory issue. Again thanks for your input.

Need to calibrate seats. Search youtube for detailed instructions. Basically, move seat to extreme positions and hold the movement lever there for 5 seconds.
