Amazon Music Not Working (1 Viewer)

I linked my account through the Lexus App and I don't see a QR code on the screen when I click the amazon music on the music sources screen. It just shows amazon music in little writing up in the top left corner and nothing plays.
What am I missing?

you will need an internet source if trying to play amazon music through the Headunit. Easier to use via Carplay
