Last week, I asked the sale person about when the car will arrive, he helped me check the status and it shows will arrive dealership between 7/22-7/28 since the rail arrive at July 21. the rail station is Chicago I think and the dealership is at Merrillville Indiana. Yesterday, I asked the updates for the car, it shows the car is on the truck on 7/28 but today, they send me a picture that the car was not on truck for delivery yet and the date is changed to 7/29-7/30 and arrival at dealership is also change to7/29-7/30. I just want to know will I able to pick up the car this week? the sales person told me 100% but I do not trust them anymore

You just have to be patient. Vehicle delivery is not precise like packages from UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc. Freight deliveries have their own logistics that can be delayed for a variety of reasons.

I had the same issue with my vehicle back in December 2024. You learn to roll with it. It will eventually get there barring any accidents.

Even the dealer can't know 100% exactly where the truck is and/or when it will arrive. The rail car could sit on a side rail for a week with no valid explanation. The dealer who told you that you could pick it up this week with 100% confidence was 99% bullshitting and hoping for the best.

Had the same sort of short delays. The salesperson told me middle of estimate was most likely but ended up having to push my scheduled flight by a week due to delays beyond the initial stated delivery window.

Mine took 10 days to arrive at the dealership. I was tracking the vehicle via the dealer website. The dealer website was pretty accurate in my case.

Hold the line. Dealer told me they had a unit coming in that fit my wishes. One day later they told me it was on a 60-day port hold, then one week later they said it was at dealer. Almost had no time to put my FK8 back to stock & trade it in, let alone get the Cashier’s Check from my bank (it landed on a Friday evening). Drove it off the lot the following Monday after work

Keep in mind that vehicles don't get delivered every day. They come on certain days. You sales rep will receive a transport list in the evening notifying him of which vehicles are being delivered on the next run. He will notify you if he sees your vehicle on the list. I'm sure you'll see it this week.

just an update. Thank you for all of yours help! Finally I got the car yesterday since it was delivered on Wednesday night! so far I do not have any issues with it lmao. it is quieter than lc250 and the sounds is a lots of better than lc even though I have JBL sounds system in the LC. I saw a lots of complains for GX but it Is no problem with me since LC is lots of worser than GX regarding those complains.
