I have been through outside and third party testing and my seats on the 2025 GX 550 are definitely not working. Max by infrared therm is 75- 80 degrees. Without heat the seats were already at 75 degrees. Dealership says working like other GX on lot (and not fair to compare to other models). The loaner they provided heated to over 100 degrees. This is forcing me to sue Lexus (I’m an attorney) under lemon law and warranty. Typically, heated seats range from 80 degrees on low setting to 113 degrees on high. Check your lemon law manual or lemon law attorney. I am only dealing with the seat heater issue on the GX 550. Sorry.
The seat heaters in the back are an embarrassment for Lexus. I've been to the dealer twice - could not fix - only hits 80ish degrees.
If the deflating lumbar is on the drivers side - dealer was able to fix mine by replacing a bad valve seal in the seat.

Im heading to arbitration I guess. Mine don’t show any increase in temp. Arbitration gives me a ticket to lemon law in Kentucky. I don’t understand why they just don’t fix. Answer $$$$$$ x Cars.

My experience with large corporations is to just go to arbitration. Then that opens the door to litigation

I certainly will never buy another Lexus maybe others with same will feel the same.
Do what you think works - I would reach out to Lexus NA and file a complaint - Lexus does take that seriously, but it also shows you have attempted in good faith to work with them finding a solution and you went to arbitration when that did not work. Exhausts that as an option they toss back later
Your aim is to go to litigation with Lexus because your butt doesn't get hot enough?
?????Could it be that a Lexus that orders you to pay attention look forward, might sense your butt temp and ease off on the heat???? I really do not know the tech on the heaters however I only used them on a cold day when it was easy to tell they were working and I forgot they were on until a long time after, the cabin had warmed up, and I did not feel any warm so turned off. Kind of a joke but maybe not.
Would that make him the butt of his own joke?

In response to jclaffee, my aim is to get what I paid for and not just give up. After arbitration, I can bring a suit and we'll see how many 2024-2025 GX rear seat heaters are actually working. I've wasted a lot mor time on even more fruitless lawsuits. It's a principle thing a this point.
same issue here with heated seats. in Connecticut... barely get hot. would definitely welcome any solution(s) for this.
Seat heaters in CA suck as well -
Mine do not get warm or cold enough at all! Do you know if the back hatch is supposed to randomly come down and not stop when someone is standing under it!
I had to disable the foot sensor for the rear door - almost hit me multiple times.
