My wife accidently pressed button center differential lock and drove on H4 several miles in town.
When i tried to unlock it, something is making constant sound and lock is blinking?
Then with blinking lock i drove on flat surface like 50 ft and everything back to normal. Then i drove around Neiborhood, looks everything fine.
I just curious, is everything is ok?

Don't you worry, everything should be fine! Even with centre diff locked, as long as you drive straight in a low speed (I remember below 80 km/hr or 50 mph), which your wife did is most likely city driving, shouldn't do any damage to the differential. It might put on some stress but damage is unlikely.
In terms unlocking the centre diff, the process you described is exactly what should happen, it produce a sound but won't unlock immediately. It only unlocks once you drive for a short distance.

I'm also under the impression that the center diff lock (and the rear diff lock) aren't "fully locked" just because the button is pressed. In other words, I believe that the truck locks and unlocks the diffs as is appropriate for terrain. I'm not absolutely sure but this is what I've heard and read. I need to ask one of the mechanics next time I'm in for service.

I don’t think this is the case. Locked is locked.

It’s not a 4A ford.

Correct, if the dash lights are showing them locked, they are locked.

If they diff lock lights are blinking, they are either trying to lock or unlock.
