Door lock sensor on handle won’t lock vehicle (1 Viewer)

Hello, the door lock sensor on the door handle will not lock the vehicle. Once it’s pressed it just does a continual buzz and doesn’t lock the doors. All doors are closed and I’ve even tried to go into the vehicle settings to see if something needs changed. I can’t find anything but I’m frustrated as I don’t like having to take my key fob out of my purse everytime I get out of my car to lock it.

This is happening because there is another key fob or key card inside the car someplace. Find it, pull it out and try again.

I found this also happens if you leave the car on in accessory mode then exit the car and try to lock using the door handle.
