IMHO...yes you can, you just need to remove the OEM fog light blank covers. Whether it is pre-wired or not, that I have no idea. But it is definitely possible to install OEM fogs. Your best bet would be to contact your Lexus service department and find out if the pre-wire is there or not. And if not, how much it costs to get it and the OEM fogs. It won't be cheap. You may decide that a cheaper aftermarket alternative may be a better solution for you. Good luck!

I have all the OEM parts - fog light and bezel.
Most service departments dont even know the differences between a premium and plus

Can you post a photo of those parts? The manual says to have a dealer replace the friggin LEDs if needed. I wonder what they look like. TY.

The led bulbs are serviceable
I can take some pics but there are a lot used fog light assembly on eBay also that have detailed pics

Probably, but you should pull off one of the bezels and look for the B12/B13 connector which looks something like this:

Hopefully they are zip tied some where

Update
Factory harness does not have the connecters for the fog light.
I installed them and wired them into a switched power source in the fuse box.

Drive side fuse box. Heated washer nozzel fuse slot is 12v switched power.

Such valuable information. I was so ready to do this if I didn't end up wit ha deal on a Prem+. The fact that fog lights do not come standard is borderline criminal. They could have at least included some paired down basic version of fog lights for the Premium
