Lexus has indicated the GX 550 will have a 2.4L hybrid version in the near future. With the 2024 Land Cruiser there is no 3rd-row seat, as the battery is placed in that area, raising the floor height several inches. I wonder how the GX 550 will handle this? Of course, the GX Overtrail versions offer no 3rd-row seat from the onset, presumably to make room for off-roading gear.
