GX - Ram Mount for Garmin Thread Overland (1 Viewer)

Wondering if any owners would know where to mount a Ram Mount on the GX Dash.

We use a 8" Garmin Thread Overland with built in satellite communication for off road GPS, RV navigation and travel trailer backup camera.

In our case hoping to mount the Ram 3.75 track close to the screen on the shelf above the glove box.

The Ram Mount is currently working really well for us and there is no comparison to using the standard window suction which is against the law in some States.

bump - any update on this? Looking to do the same set up. Ram mount + Thread 2 Overland.
Also, how do you find the Garmin Thread? Is it worth the money? (at around $1700 aud).

I like the Garmin Thread, the map updates are consistent and towing a travel trailer I have a history of where we have been but lately it's been tough with my Mac. The maps are much more detailed than the lexus and even shows private land. the window mount works well with the GX and fits right in behind the main display.
