I'm an owner of a 2013 gx 460 which now has 280,000 miles plus. Keeping it for a back up for my place in Mesa. My wife has had a 300 es, 330 es and now has a 350 es. No problems yet, got 18.7 mpg on a 10 hour trip of interstate driving 80 to 85 mph. no wind.
