Is everyone paying MSRP for their GX 550's and has anyone had success negotiating a lower price?

I can't say for sure, but it's clearly broken out on the build sheet.

Door edge film and emblem overlays were "PIO" on mine. I'd also guess that key gloves and cargo mat would be PIO. No Idea about the door sills. Your first 5 items were "FIO" (factory installed options) for me.

What were the fees? I remember paying some kind of processing fee or some other miscellaneous fee, but it wasn't much so I didn't pay much attention to it. Maybe it just seemed like MSRP to me since a couple of the other dealers I talked to had packages and stuff added that totaled thousands..

That is great to hear. I tried buying one off the lot from that dealer back in March but they wanted additional $5k for interior/exterior spray on protection and another $5k for PPF. Wouldn't sell it any other way. Maybe they figured I was desperate as I was calling from out of state.
