Is Tow Hitch Permanently Connected to Rear Frame? (1 Viewer)

Can anyone confirm if the tow hitch is permanently connected to the rear frame (I think it is but not 100% sure). I'd like to know if the tow hitch can be removed (without cutting) for aesthetics purposes. Thanks!
