I did a quick search but did not find anything about OEM JDM rear bumpers for the GX550. Has anyone swapped out their OEM bumpers for the JDM version?

I dont think the JDM version has a hitch, so you'll probably have to look at deleting the hitch too if you go this route.

Yes correct. This would be for anyone who doesn't need or want a tow hitch.
There was a link to a web store where you can order JDM parts in the rear foglight thread. That would be a good place to start. My guess is its going to be real expensive, though. Are you just doing it for aesthetics? Thats a lot of money and work to get rid of the hitch diaper, ugly as it may be.

I still have lots of time to think about this, as my OT+ order is still on the waitlist. Yeah, I'm more for aesthetics; I don't see myself ever using the tow hitch. And the tow hitch cover is really an eye sore for me. Thanks for the link, I'll check it out for more info.
gonna cost a bunch in shipping and tariffs to get this look.
