Yesterday I notified the general manager of the dealership that I purchased my GX550 from. I let him know that I had been seeking a repair of my Mark Levinson sound system from Lexus. This morning I received a call from the operation manager. He let me know that I needed to call Lexus and get a case number, because everything start with Lexus. I let him know that I do have a case number, he said he hasn’t heard from Lexus, and that I needed to call them again.
Today I called Lexus back once again and informed them the operation manager said “that he had not heard from Lexus.” Check this out, Anna/Annie said, “I have not heard of a problem with the 2025 GX550 + having a problem with the Mark Levinson Sound System.” I said come on lady it’s a known fact that there is a problem with the ML Sound System. I also let her know that I could have everyone who had a GX550 + to call in report the issue. She ask me had I been to the dealership, I let her know yes. She then ask the question, “have you GX been serviced?” I let her know that I did not have 5000 miles on vehicle yet. She let me know that I needed to take my GX to the dealership.
So she made a call to the dealership and handed the call off to. But before she made the call to the dealership, I asked if she make me an appointment with a Lexus Representative to met at the dealership to inspect my vehicle. You want believe this, she said “I cannot any appointments like that,” why the heck.
Anyway I am now in game mode and the balls in my court. I am taking my GX into the dealership, so that there can be record on file that brung it in.
