New GX owner (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

We picked up a new 2025 GX 550 Premium Plus back in September. Incognito with black interior. We had to wait about 6 months, but my wife wanted it to have the captains seats for the second row, which combined with this color and trim, resulted in a bit of a wait.

I’ve not done too much to it, and honestly will probably sit as it is for the most part. But I have swapped the ugly factory wheels with a new set of take-off Tundra TRD off-road wheels and tires, tinted the front windows, full PPF on the front end, added OEM black lettering, splash guards, yellow vinyl film for the fog lights, a decal to cover up the front Lexus badge, and a black chrome exhaust tip. It came already installed with the roof rack but I added a moonroof deflector to solve for a vibrating sound it was causing that the dealership couldn’t seem to do anything about.

Anyway, hope to be an active member of the forums!

Thanks! And yes, it’s primarily for the wife. My daily driver is a tuned 2020 Audi SQ5, though I admit the GX is a nicer ride overall. Haha.

I took a gamble on the splash guards and got them on Amazon. Most of them are only for OTs, since the rears are a bit different. But these are for non OT trims and they surprisingly fit really well.

The front badge decal was from a seller on Etsy. With some patience, it came out perfect. I’m sure I can dig up the links for both if you want.
