Brand new to this community (first time Lexus owner, I've always had 4Runners)
Here’s the setup:

2025 Overtrail
285/75/r17 Toyo Open Country A/T III’s, no lift
17in (+35 offset) Raceline 985B Rogue wheels

Solar Death Elite tint:
-15% on front windows
-70% on back windows and back windshield (on top of the 20% factory ‘stain’, making them read 14%)
-70% on front windshield

SolarGard Windshield Protection Film (exterior protection for rock chips).. HIGHLY recommend this because of how flat the windshield is.

Avery Dennison Vinyl Wrap - ‘Matte Olive Green’ for the car and ‘Matte Black’ for the front and back bumpers (stock is silver). I left the door handles and mirrors stock (gloss black).

This will be a pavement princess, I am admittedly a total off-road poser.

I’m a distributor of window tint, PPF, and vinyl wrap if anyone has questions about those.

Again, I know nothing about Lexuses and this forum has been a godsend for me. Tons of thanks to everyone on here for tips and tricks because I’ve learned SO much. Sorry for the long post!

Congrats and welcome.

Looks freakin amazing. You're always gonna have someone who didn't like the color of this or that, but bottom line, it looks great!
I have a 2025 GX OT in Incognito, and had the roof wrapped gloss black, but i want to wrap those from and rear bumper center sections as well. I think i'll order up a small roll of what you used and do the same as you.

id love to go darker on the tine, but how do you see out of that at nite? :ROFLMAO: i've neve had good luck with windshield protectant film. still got rock chips, sctachted the film using wipers, ect....i've used a mobile tint/film person for over a decade. he stopped selling it years ago.

Thanks! And I don't think so as of now. I keep contemplating a leveling kit, but not sure the pros/cons of it (still learning about all this stuff).
wescott designs collar lift. i think the cons are usually change in ride quality., but imo alot is due to the tire choice. if you put a 8 ply d rated tire on these trucks, you'll notice the diff. stick to the 6 ply c rated and the ride quality is minimal.

Good to know, thanks!

Wudnt do it in Houston. They dont last. Ive had the same tint guy for almost 20 years now. He wont install it anymore. Too many problems. Scratches easily fr windshield wipers. Toxins in the air degrade it too much. Doesn't prevent chips 100%. Ect. He's done it on some exotics I've owned bc of the 3-5k cost of windshield replacement. Cheap ins for a car that gets driven a few wkends a month.

I have a rock chip repair guy that fixes almost anything. Hes mobile and.comes to me within abt 2 hrs. Its way cheaper to just call him to fix chips. Russ...8327912447. Google the number

Hello Rick, I just wanted to confirm you're not getting any rubbing with this wheel/tire set up and does this set up extend (Poke) beyond the wheel well at all?

Correct, no rub at all. And it 'pokes' out 15mm more than the stock set up... here's another picture. It definitely isn't noticeable IMO.

I guess one thing to note is that mine is an Overtrail which comes with a stock 1" lift. So if you're doing this set up on a Luxury or a Premium, it would probably rub.
