Looking for Incognito 1L8 but all I can find is third party companies. Would prefer Toyota/Lexus.

If you use spray touch up I have used my local pro body shop paint supplier. They can load up spray cans for you with custom or paint code. I used them to paint my aftermarket wheel center caps Nori Green. Good match on color with clear coat. You can get a 2K paint if you want or 1K. Consult with the seller depending on where you are going to need touch up. I agree on the Lexus paint if you want a touch up pen/brush applicator.
