Premium Matte Black door trim (1 Viewer)

Are there oem parts to switch out the Premium matte black door trim to gloss (premium + and up trim)? And if so how difficult?

just have them wrapped in gloss black PPF or vinyl but they are attached with tabs on the interior side. but wrapping them would be cost effective and probably DIY able
