I ended up removing the running boards shortly after picking up from shop.

You can drop that spare tire sensor in a little PVC chamber and pump it up to the correct PSI to take care of the warning light. Get a short length of PVC pipe, drill a hole in the side and install a Shrader valve (standard bike tube valve), glue on one end cap, drop in your TPMS from your spare, glue on the other end cap, let the glue cure, pump it up to about 40 psi and throw it under a seat.

This is brilliant. However, I don’t have a TPMS sensor for the spare. I sold the spare to the guy that bought my factor rims without realizing the spare had a sensor. Rookie mistake on my part.
