Quick question on Lexus app and multi user (1 Viewer)

I was reading that you can only have one primary account setup to use all the functionality of the Lexus app to remote start, adjust etc. But you CAN share out functionality via the Digital key in the app.

Problem is, I can can't the option to share out all the functionality to my spouse.. I am still in the initial trial period as we too deliver yesterday..

My question is, has everybody been successfull in setting up multiple users with the Lexus app? I am using two separate email accounts in the app.

I called Lexus about this over the weekend for the exact same reason. They said that the app can only be tied to one email or phone number. For my wife and I both to use the app, we have to share credentials. They say it is for security, probably to prevent accidental communication error when you both send conflicting commands. I'm not sure how a shared login is any better though.

Also, we both get all the lovely warnings from the car about being left unlocked in the garage or maybe we left something in the back seat.
