Recurring Code Request After Startup (1 Viewer)

So, lately, my GX has been presenting a passcode screen shortly after starting the engine. At first I just "touched" the X in the upper left corner and went on about my business. But, now, I have decided to determine why the screen is popping up.
For the first three months or so, this screen did not appear. Now, every time I crank the vehicle, it shows up. I reset my code yesterday but the screen still pops up.
1. Why did it start after three months?

2. What is the code screen about anyway?

3. How do I stop the code screen from opening?

Also, in my Lexus app, in the Inbox, in Notifications, I have a red dot in the upper right corner. I touch the Notifications box and the NOTIFICATIONS page opens. There are four weeks of notifications showing. I have disabled all notification switches in the NOTIFICATION SETTINGS section. The red dot is still in the Notifications box and the four weeks of notifications are still in the notification window.
Question is..... How do I delete/remove the notifications showing in the NOTIFICATIONS window??? I have tried to touch/slide a notification, much like deleting a text, but nothing I do works.

Mine just started the same thing. Asking that I set a new PIN. My GX is 6 months old, this happened right out of the blue for the first time. I scanned the code on screen which opened the Lexus app. I finally gave up and put in a new PIN. I’ll find out the next few days if it will stop bugging me. If it comes back I’ll give my Lexus Tech guru a call.

I'm having the same problem, but I don't see any helpful replies. Has anyone been able to fix this problem?
