Anyone figure out how to disable the audio warning when your seat belt is unlatched?

I asked my dealer and they said they couldn't because of "safety standards". That tells me there's a way to do it

Carista was worth the coin to turn this and the enhanced ehxaust sound off. Bonus: got to tweak stuff in our other vehicles as well.

IMO the Carista App is worth the money, if for nothing else, just to delete the seatbelt ding. It is also much easier to change settings than to go through the litany of items on the touch screen.

Why drive around without my seatbelt fastened? Annoying to have to buckle up to drive 300 feet to the neighbors house.

I, for one, would rather not re-fasten my seatbelt after getting out of my GX to get the mail at the bottom of my quarter-mile driveway, but that chime is SO ANNOYING and it gets LOUDER and LOUDER that I am left with no choice to either be driven crazy or fasten the seatbelt, just in case a deer comes out from between the cedar trees and T-Bone's me at 8 MPH.

Just when off road or a short drive. I know when the seatbelt isn't fastened and don't need that annoying alarm sound telling me.

I can experientially state, if one is towing a travel trailer and backing in & out of campsites etc, it's a royal pain in the ear.

Can I adjust/calibrate the speedo to upgrade a P+ 20’s to L+ 22’s with Carista. My dealer won’t do it. Coming in a week or so.

I think that is something you can turn the warning about the back seat somewhere in the menus.

I've changed the settings in the menu per the recommendation of my service advisor and adjusted the setting in my Lexus app and it will prompts me to 'check the back seat' smh

Woodfield Lexus turned my seatbelt alarm off

get carista for 1 month make all the changes you want and then cancel....The changes stick and you won't need carista again unless you want to change settings again.
