No, not that sound. I park the vehicle and about 5-10 minutes later it emits this sound, that sounds like a startled deer.

I just watched a compilation of deer sounds on youtube. There's a dozen of them. One does sound exactly like the parking brake.

Which one does yours sound like? Bark? Snort? Grunt? Huff?

The sound of the parking brake happens directly after putting my vehicle in park. I am talking about 5-10 minutes after I have parked. On one day while I was in the garage it happened twice about 5 minutes apart.

Yep. mine too. 2025 Overtrail and not the E brake. Have heard it multiple times about 10-15 min after I park it. Maybe electric fuel pump or something in fuel delivery system? The sound comes from the back half of the vehicle.

Is it deer mating season where you live?

my Tacoma does this …. It sucks the gas vapor that is stuck in the lines for emissions control …. A lot of new cars do this
