Our OT+ did not come with crossbars. I still have a set of Yakima timberline towers from my LC200 series that I sold. I have a set of Yakima HD bars across the bed of my tundra. Those bars are too wide for the GX and already in use. Anyone have any experience with the timberline towers and aero bar setup? Generally light duty (skis, box, etc) no camping. Still need to get into a residential garage

OEM Crossbars are clunky and loud as sh*t. I plan on copping the Thule Aeroblades on Cyber Monday sale 🤞🏼

I don't know shit about cross bars but, that's a good looking clean ride.

I removed the OEM OT crossbars as they were indeed loud and clunky and installed Yakima Railbars (which I had to buy from overseas because they are discontinued in the US. )

I love them. I can attach a Skybox and my fly rod rack but they are much lower profile and quiet.

Beautiful setup. How long did the crossbars take to get delivered to you and did you have to make any modifications to make them work with the OT raised bars? I was about order a set of OEM bars until I came across all the wind noise concerns.

Not to threadjack but I HIGHLY recommend the Thule Wingbar EVOs. Super versatile and make ZERO noise.

Couple weeks, easy install. My roof box still fits even though low profile crossbars. No mods necessary.

Do you know if these crossbars are compatible with the Yakima Exo or lock n load product ecosystems? After digging into various configurations for my needs, crossbars are definitely the route I want to go vs a entire rack and wanted to see these are compatible with either of the product lines.

I would ask Yakima directly for whatever crossbars you are shopping. They have been responsive when I asked question.
