Throttle cutting out? (1 Viewer)

While playing in the snow today, under full throttle conditions the GX (P+ not overtrail) acted as if traction control was on and kept cutting the throttle. To my knowledge I had every drive assist setting and sensor turned off, including traction control. Has anyone else experienced this?

I believe in order to fully disable Traction Control, Stability Control, and ATRAC, you have to put the vehicle in park, then push and hold the traction control button until it flashes up a bunch of errors on the dashboard.

If you push the traction control button while in Drive, it will only disable ATRAC, but not Traction Control or Stability Control (or maybe it disables TC, but not ATRAC & VSC - I can't remember).

Caveat - I haven't personally tried this in the snow - I just read it in the manual.

I’ll have to try this.
You may have been hitting the rev limiter on the engine if it was at full throttle.
Wasn’t that.
