Big time! I also drop him a few C notes for making sure I get what I want. Something about peeling the car and prepping it myself is very satisfying and cathartic for me.

Same here - for my FL5 I had asked the same, but also not to wash the car. Just something I prefer and enjoy to do myself. Will be asking for the same favor for the GX…if I ever find the spec my wife wants! At this rate feel like it’ll end up being ‘26 model.

100% on the no drilling for the front plate. It just looks out of place on most vehicles IMO. Rear is enough. As for washing, not a bad idea to skip on that either. Even luxury brand dealers use drive thru washes, dirty towels, etc that can kick start the process of swirling and marring new paint. 99% of people won't care but there's 1% of us who do!

No wash for me either. Why... I saw that they use hand held squeegees to dry the cars off. WHO DOES THAT ??????????????

A few of us found some different, good, no drill front plate mounts if you happen to live in area with aggressive revenue generation enforcement of front plate requirements.

Has anyone found a no-drill solution to mounting the front license plate? I've used Carbonio for other cars in the past, but reached out to them and they indicated they don't have anything that would fit the GX550 yet.
