Wheels finish

I have white premium plus with blackout emblems and want to replace wheels with black. Does anyone know the finish of blackout? I really wanted gloss black? Thoughts on these blackout rebar wheels replacing the OEMs?

I love these wheels too but I just looked at them and we want gloss black and these are satin.
