An Alignment is an alignment. All the components are the same. You're perfectly fine going to someone other than a Lexus dealership for that. Alignments can cost a few hundred tops. Spacer installs are pretty easy, maybe an hour for each side, and if you figure shop labor costs at $140 an hr...
